The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. When reserving multiple rooms, regardless of room type, guests are not guaranteed to stay in adjacent rooms. Please contact the property in advance if you intend to send any luggage to the hotel via postal services. Also, please ensure that your luggage is marked with your name and check-in date, as indicated on your booking confirmation. Luggage can only be stored for up to 3 days from the day of check-in. Spa facilities are open during the following times: Outdoor spa facilities: - 06:30–12:00 and 14:00–23:00 (guests must be 47 in or taller) - Outdoor spa nighttime (after 19:00) use is limited to those 18 years old and older Indoor spa facilities: - 06:30–12:00 and 14:00–23:00 - Children must be potty-trainedGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.
