Hampton Inn Dandridge

All the staff we encountered from cleaners in the hall to desk staff to breakfast staff were exceptionally warm and friendly and actively looked for ways to be helpful. The room was very well laid out, loved the high end desk chair, our kitchen had what we needed, the AC worked well, and was blessedly quiet. A very pleasant surprise was the availability of plates etc during the day, and the when our group brought in take-out food, the desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in the breakfast area. Parking lot was well-lit, everything was super clean, even the stairwells and the elevator.

Wished it were closer to Knoxville, but this was OK.

Friendly staff! Clean facilities!

Breakfast was fine.

Elevator did not work and the only rooms available were above the first floor. My husband just had spinal fusion surgery and can only lift 20 pounds. Hotel should have notified you that the elevator was not working so you could have told us and offered other accommodations. We found a long black hair in the bathtub on the morning we had to get ready to be at a meeting. Apparently the bathtub was not cleaned, I don't think I will use Booking.com again.
