We stayed in Dandridge to visit family and were there only the one night but the room was neat, very clean and comfortable. The front desk was also very nice and friendly.

"Pet Friendly Hotel, at a cost!"

The hotel and Staff were outstanding. The hot tub had black debris floating in it, otherwise it was great. We had a pup with us which weighs less than 10 lbs and was no problem But this Hotel claims they are pet friendly but charge $75 non refundable which was not disclosed till we were at the front desk. Most Hotels charge a fee up front but if there are no discrepancies, the $ is credited back. This is completely not right as our dog was the perfect guest and there were no mishaps. This Hotel is charging everyone to cover the ones which are costly to them. If we had known this up front, we would have kept on driving. There are plenty of other Hotels who charge nothing or charge a refundable deposit. You guys can do better! My name is Cindy McPartland and we stayed in room 313 last night. 843-271-0018
