Hotel encantador, paramos uma noite para dormir pela Toscana. Infelizmente o hotel está em reforma e as 7h estava com barulho no quarto. Café da manhã bem gostoso.

Beautiful, comfortable, friendly staff, walking distance to good restaurants and shops, safe area, very reasonable priced, just perfect! I would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend anyone stay here when visiting Tuscany. It’s an easy train ride to Lucca, Pisa, and Florence!

Per il costo che ha l'hotel e per le stelle sicuramente le stanze dovrebbero essere svecchiate, mobili sbreccati o rovinati non sono accettabili Comunque in generale è una bella struttura, i letti sono comodi e le stanze silenziose

super séjour en couple personnel agréable dejeuné super diner 8 sur 10 chambre impécable mais ne corespond pas au standing de l'hotel télévision très petite. parking seulement 4 euros payé à l'hôtel pour la ville sinon près de 20 euros par jour de 8 h à 20 h bonne innitiative de ercolini respect des condition covid.

Arrived really late, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Bedroom really quiet and restful. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly. Lady at check out was really nice. Really pleased overall. Will definitely come back!
