近くに余りレストランがなかった事が少し不便でしたが、その分、静かで良かったです。ホテルのクルーも親切で快適でした。 夜中に突然とテレビが勝手につき、消しても数十分後にスイッチが勝手にオンになるハプニングが4回ほどありましたが、翌日に部屋の変更をしてもらいその後は快適に過ごせました。 クルーの皆様の対応と笑顔が良かったです。

ラウンジ付きの部屋の雰囲気がよかった。 スタッフの方々がとても親切で良い印象でした。

ラウンジのメニューが少なかった。 一階トイレの劣化が目立ち、掃除が行き届いてはいなかった。ごみ、ホコリ等。とても残念。 朝食のメニューのクオリティが低く感じました。 朝食時間が7時からなので、人が殺到して落ち着かない感じでした。6時からにしてほしいです。
