"Super friendly staff."

Always. Make you feel at home. I travel with a pet and Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I've even ordered a little off the Menu and it hasn't been a problem. I enjoy my stay every time!

"So Amazing!!"

this was first time to this hotel and blown away on every aspect. -Front counter/check in staff was amazing - friendly & kind, -Food - I LOVED the tomato soup - best I have ever had. Infact - even though we checked out - we went back, and I needed to have the soup again. - Room was so clean, bed was king size and so comfortable, no smells, super clean, shower was a rainfall spout and was so nice and worked properly, bedding clean, pillows perfect - Room temp was consistent - Both restaurants' staff was friendly, food was hot & Delicious, arrived quick, price was amazing I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel now when I'm in town for work (Waste Management)

"Superb"

Excellent customer service from all staff and breakfast was great. Shades completely darkened the room.

Pillows weren't comfortable for someone with neck pain.

"It’s a one stop shop."

The rooms are very modern with blackout curtains on the windows. The food in the pub and restaurant is excellent and the servers are my favourite part :)

"Overall good"

Great room, comfy beds, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pricing was decent. Only complain would be the buffet breakfast, eggs were undercooked and the sausages were over cooked. Suggest buying from the menu.

"Amazingly helpful staff"

The front counter gals that worked the morning and evening on Aug 3 were SO amazing in helping me arrange to decorate my friends room to surprise them after their wedding. There was not a lot of hotel options in Bonnyville for higher end suites, but they helped me bring the charm and the jacuzzi room was just the right touch!
