The breakfast was ok. I expected bacon grits pancakes etc

I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t find out about the $100 deposit until I was about to check in even when I called and I received countless information about everything else even the hot tube being down but didn’t receive information about $100 deposit. And I had to begged for towels and extra blankets even after it was on my special request list upon check in.

Cleanliness of pool on first night, then was shut down the remainder of trip. Didn’t receive fresh towels every morning. Didn’t see staff/housekeeping at all for entirely of trip (5 days)

room quality poor. no shampoo bottle in bathroom, toilet paper holder loose from wall and we ran out on a two day stay with four people in room 325. design of room poor with angular walls that made no design sense and had no effect on spaciousness. HAD TO PAY 10 DOLLARS PER NIGHT TO PARK MY CAR ON THE HOTEL LOT!!! NEVER HAD THIS CHARGE AT ANY OTHER HOTEL, EVER!!!! wall paper pealing off walls. very noisy AC. will never stay at another spring hill suites again.
