Comfort Inn & Suites Franklin East

The lobby is pretty spectacular with the water frames but loud. There is renovations going on but the room was finished. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and jacuzzi tub was an unexpected bonus.

Convenient for travelers. Good place for return stay.

Easy for traveling. Will stay here again.

I will most likely return. The only negative reviews I have: 1) their was a foul smell in our room B4 checkout, we descovered that the source was a dresser drawer!? Other then that the room was clean, nice and cool 2) people above our room continued to thump all night on our ciling waking us up at times. We never called in to complain or else Im sure it would have been resolved if we did Loved the attitude and kindness of the staff and breakfast was nice and hot with plenty of options. They also had a nice sized pool that was clean and plenty of pool towles for everyone. One last comment is the "shower" options (along with the bathrooms) they had. This made things very convient. Would recommend!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. The brrakfast was excellent with alot of options. The fitness room and pool were great amenities. Will return again.

Queen beds were not Queen and shower had no grab bars up high- no bar soap

It seems the property is undergoing renovation. Our room was very nice and extremely clean. The A/C unit was so noisy when it kicked on, it disturbed our sleep and make it a bad stay.

They had a hard time finding my reservation they could see my son's who I also booked. my son was traveling from another location he got in no problem. But when I went to check out they said my son never showed except he did and slept in room 312. I hope they can work it out because I had an appointment and couldn't wait around.

Good overnight, but the shower/ tub was overwhelmingly mold/mildewed. I took pictures because I had never seen a showerhead that was so badly moldy. And the caulk around the tub was black. (It was not black caulk) I decided to wipe the granite shower walls using a white washcloth and just a small wipe of a 1x1’ area came back brownish. In short, the entire shower desperately needs steam cleaned. It was a truly gross experience. I just had hip replacement surgery and have to be uber careful with infection. The showerhead was NOT safe.
