Comfort Inn & Suites Franklin East

The lady up front Michelle was very nice. We really liked her. The lady in breakfast was very nice too but didn't know her name. Kids loved the pool .

The room wasn't completely cleaned, the bath tub wouldn't drain, and housekeeper didn't get all the trash from bathroom from previous guest. And the floors wasn't vacuumed. But over all was great night

The room was comfortable.

Our room was right by the elevator and every time it would open or close the doors it would make a loud screaming noise. It was so loud that even when sleeping, it would wake us up. There also was a kid on our floor that would scream at all hours of the day/night and the parents wouldn’t make him stop.

Breakfast was good.

Checked the nicely made bed when we got to the room and the bed had at least 20 black hairs all in the sheets. I went down to the front desk to have sheets changed and was told there was no one there to do that. I asked for new sheets so I could change them on my own and was told no. I asked for another room because I wasn’t sleeping on a bed that had used sheets on it. I was given another room but it wasn’t the same type of room that I booked.

The staff was nice. The toilet seat was broken and they don't have a maintenance person. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to find parts, and my husband put it together. The breakfast was great. The only suggestion was to bring the tea bags into the breakfast room instead of leaving it out in the lobby. Very good especially for the price!

The staff was friendly, professional and smiling. Nothing beats getting met with a smile when you walk thru the front door! Room was clean. Nice selection of items for breakfast.
