Very cozy and friendly staff. Loved the fireplaces in the room and the breakfast.

Room was on the 1st floor and heard people walking around on the wooden floors.

"The place was convenient and clean, but the rooms need major upgrading."

The staff and location were great! The rooms appeared clean.

These rooms need a major upgrade. Just as simple as painting the rooms a nice color, new modern looking curtains, and bed comforters. The beds seem old and you can feel the springs! The windows are very old. The kitchen cabinets are also very old looking. Maybe replacing and/or painting the cabinets would help. The bathrooms need an upgrade with the sinks/faucets, shower heads, etc. Also, the happy hour used to include cheese, crackers, and salame. Now it only includes poor quality wine. The breakfast is pretty good, but they used to have better scones and orange juice. There was no juice.
