Marupiara Resort by Wish

I was very frustrated with my check in. I had to pay an additional fee to get my upgrade that I always get for free. After 7 years staying at this hotel. I will not return to this hotel

Excellent hotel, beach front!

Não prometeu nada e simplesmente entregou tudo. Perfeito. Nada a declarar, apenas elogios. Cafe da manha top,sempre com opções de comidas típicas. Piscina excelentes. Recreação tanto pra adultos quanto para crianças muito top.

INCRIVEL. A LOCALIZAÇÃO É EXCELENTE, O ATENDIMENTO MUITO BOM, A SUITE COM VISTA PARA O MAR TOP. SO NÃO GOSTO DOS CACHORROS QUE LATEM E INCOMODA QUE DEIXAM SENTAR NAS CADEIRAS , E FAZEM XIXI NO GRAMADO ONDE TAMBEM CIRCULAM CRIANÇAS. DEVERIA TER UMA POLITICA MAIS SEVERA PARA OS ANIMAIS.

Serviço péssimo, atendimento muito ruim, comida ruim

The views are spectacular, and the location is unbeatable, being right by the beach. The hotel provides solid infrastructure, making it easy for guests to enjoy the beach, swimming pools, and other common areas. It's particularly family-friendly, which we appreciated. The hotel offers access to a pantry stocked with utensils for families to prepare and enjoy meals for their little ones, along with free fruits, milk, oats, and more. The rooms are reasonably spacious, though you won't be spending much time indoors

With the exception of the baggage porters, who are very helpful and kind, some of the staff (especially the waiters) could be more friendly. They often appear to be in a grumpy mood, which unfortunately affects the overall atmosphere and service quality. As for the restaurant, they frequently run out of certain ingredients (such as the fruit toppings for the açaí bowl) or even entire menu items. The food, as expected, is generally overpriced. While the hotel is mostly clean, we did encounter cockroaches in both the restaurant and room areas on two separate occasions.

Lugar confortável. Proximo à porto de galinhas (carro). ESPERAVA MAIS VARIEDADE NO CAFÉ.

Muito bom o hotel, ficamos bem satisfeitos, única coisa que chateou na saída do hotel foi que o transfer iria chegar 13:15 e gostaríamos de almoçar no hotel e eu pedi 30 minutos a mais só pra podermos almoçar e falaram na recepção que tinha que desocupar hotel meio dia que não poderia nada a mais , do resto super bem atendidos , só na recepção na saída mesmo

Para quem está acostumada com o padrão da rede Wish, esse deixou muito a desejar. As camas extremamente desconfortáveis (a de casal era duas de solteira juntos) . Tínhamos que implorar pra limparem nosso quarto. A gente saia , fazia passeio, tomava café , almoçava e quando voltava o quarto tava do mesmo jeito. A limpeza muito mal feita e a comida em alguns dias tinha aparência de requentada. Área kids com poucos brinquedos quebrados e imundos. Pelo valor ,eu não recomendo.

Tudo excelente! As acomodações, area de lazer, prestadores de serviço, comida!
