"Great Stay"

It was a decent size room and the ensuite was good. Tea and coffee were provided in the room with a kettle. The hostess was spot on when we arrived and friendly throughout our stay there.

The only downside was the mattress as you could really feel the springs. Might be time for a new mattress.

Very good customer service, even put cones outside to reserve space for my car. Carried my case up to the room. Host was happy to agree to a late check in. Bed very comfy, shower was hot.

Some parts of the building were tired, needs an update. Towels need replacing.

Very friendly and welcoming staff and great location from the seafront

Not a complaint but the carpets could do with a refresh, everything else perfect and amazing value for money
