Brilliant location in Hastings Old Town and had the best sleep ever. Breakfast was so personal and delicious. Thank you!

Quite expensive and the bathroom wasn’t quite big enough and very dark. Struggled to fit in the shower whilst pregnant.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They were able to make recommendations on places to visit. The breakfast was out of this world. The accommodation was simply lush and the room was a haven, so beautifully decorated

One of the best places we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was lovely the room was spotless and we had a mini fridge supplied with cold water and fresh milk for tea/coffee along with a choice of drinks and snacks in the room that were very reasonably priced. There were robes and slippers to use and the toiletries were luxurious including body balm and mouthwash. The breakfast choice was superb with 2 courses and served on a beautifully laid table little touches like a mini butter dish (not a mini pack) of butter along with freshly squeezed orange juice that was heavenly. The guest lounge was very nice and included an honesty bar the whole place was a pleasure to be in the staff were lovely and we would certainly highly recommend.

Thank you to our lovely hosts for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this superior B&B. I loved the location in Old Town, the tasteful decorations, our beautiful room and comfy bed, the quiet lounge with interesting books and art (and delicious home made chocolate cake), the sunny breakfast room and yummy breakfast.

Room was quite spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Good breakfast options. A minor thing. There was no latch for the door and the door has to be locked using the keys from inside. This could mean someone could pop into our room if it was not locked from inside. It would have been if there wa a blackout curtain to keep the room completely dark at night during summer months.

We were welcomed by a young lady Natasha, she was really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was wonderful, light, airy and beautifully clean. Breakfast was excellent, a good choice of food. Definitely would come back.

Not the Laindons fault but Hastings Council could streamline parking arrangements better.
