Eric has been a great host. Makes us feel comfortable and safe. The place is clean. Parking space is a bit challenging but overall, it’s been a pleasant stay..

We arrived on Saturday late afternoon to a warm welcome and and tour of the house. Paid excellent detail to cleanliness throughout to even include our own tea towels, spray cleaner, plates etc. He even provided a full Covid aware risk assessment. Highlights included the use of battery powered city bikes which were perfect for the local network of cycle routes and the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. Thanks for a really enjoyable week

Was a nice location.room was perfectly adequate, although I’m quite tall and banged my head a couple of times on the sloping loft ceilings. Eric (the owner) was a really nice friendly man, and did whatever he could to make our stay more pleasurable.

VERY NICE PLACE, NICE HOST AND ALWAYS READY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE YOUR STAY WARM AND WELCOME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS, ESPECIALLY FOR COUPLES.

Lovely room, very comfy bed . Location was good however the main road was a bit noisy. Breakfast choice was only cornflakes or rice krispies not continental as advertised so maybe hotels.com could adress this.

It was such a nice stay, And Eric is a pretty cool dude. It was possibly better than a normal hotel in some ways. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nearby some nice places. I recommend staying if you're looking at this listing.

the property was just outside Bodmin town, within countryside, but able to walk to the town within 15 mins. Ideal central position as regards choice of roads and trips to any beaches, towns or holiday attraction sites.
