The breakfasts were extremely nice with everything you could want & the breakfast tables were beautifully laid out with everything co-ordinating. Our room was very comfortable & had all of the comforts you need. Bob & Lyn are very attentive hosts & go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one.

We had a great welcome from LYNN the owner on our arrival and offered a pot of tea ,slice of homemade cake in the snug room, which was much appreciated after our 3hour journey.

Lyn and Bob were very friendly and welcoming always on hand if you needed anything, very clean and comfortable

My husband found the bathroom a little compacted.
