Ozark Valley Inn

It was bug free… that’s always nice. It was quiet and very close to the friends we were visiting.

Our room smelled like a mixture of smoke and mildew. The pool and hot tub were unavailable. And the breakfast, on Sunday morning, was two packs of bagels thrown out, some oatmeal, or a few muffins.

Says "hot" breakfast and boasts about eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc The amount available was pathetic and mostly wiped out Other times, there was no food made at all and people just waiting Bare minimum of scraps if anything left Suggestion would be to just do "continental" since it's clear staff cannot prepare enough, on time, etc

Bed was terrible, very small space, AC barely worked and the lobby only open from 8 am - 7 pm - so I have to wait about 15-20 minutes just to get a room key from someone that was not even on the property

Staff was really friendly and very helpful!!! Room were clean and comfortable. Pool looked nice and clean. We just didn't get a chance to try it out. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and was good!

Breakfast times need to be earlier. There needs to be more of a variety of drinks for breakfast.

Good location. Quiet and simple parking. Excellent staff easy to get a long with.

Staff were attentive and easy to talk to and work with. Rooms were clean and not lacking anything.

Disgusting and waste of our hard earned money for vacation. Rooms were awful, no ice machine, limited towels and cloths. Smelled like weed in our room and the property looked like a local dump.

The property pictures are an oversell. But the motel definitely gives you value for money. The location is convenient for most of Branson’s activities.

It was ok. The door handle was broken. One lamp didn’t work. Went to eat breakfast one morning at 9:30 and there wasn't any food left and another customer told clerk but no more food was set out. There was nothing cold to drink for breakfast. Clerk that checked me in was very nice and helpful.
