We are on the ground floor next to the bar and it was quite loud banging and knocking at night and the bar was open until 1 am

Lovely room with old details. Folkstone is great and the location of the hotel is ideal for a lovely time and to get to the channel train. Walking distance to a late night supermarket. The owner was friendly and the towels, chocolates and beds were perfect.

The shower is a rain shower that is not great for someone of more than 2 meters tall. The loveliness of the old building makes for certain problems but not enough to not recommend this special place.
