Great location

Breakfast was nice, speedy service and quality ingredients used. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Decor was a bit mismatched in places and some updates/ improvements needed but rooms and facilities were functional and clean.

Bathroom door did not fully close

Location was very good. Breakfast was ok , but the service was mixed eg forgot toast etc.

Staff attention to detail could have been better. Room was clean , but cups and spoons not clean.

The friendly staff, the location, the breakfast, the shower, plenty of car parking.

The bar closed early (9 pm) on the first night, the evening food stopped at 7.30pm and we didn't arrive until 7.10pm, we did let them know we would be later arriving. When the bar closed we had to go to our room - the TV was tiny and kept dropping its signal so wasn't watchable. The overhead lights were very bright so if one was reading the light affected the other person. A bedside reading light would be much better or at least make the overhead lights dimmable. The mirror over the dressing table is way too small and wasn't practical for doing hair and makeup. Simple things that are easily fixable that would really benefit guests. However, this shouldn't prevent you from staying and we both said we'd stay here again

Good location for travelling on to West Wales coastal area; room was good but a bit noisy right on the main road

room was a bit noisy right on the main road; breakfast was quite limited - few good cereal / fruit options; pancakes were quite 'bready'.

Plenty of choice and freshly prepared . Downside there was no fresh fruit salad available. Staff were always helpful and nothing was too Much trouble.

As mentioned above fruit salad would have been appreciated. Having to wait for tea to be brought to the table.
