The staff, the location, the service, the ambience - simply amazing!

The balcony was not super clean when we arrived but they politely cleaned it for us upon request.

Free shuttle service to the beach. Arrived immediately after the call. Staff were good. Food was good.

Toilet was not clean. Also the room floor was little dirty. We were not explained about the buffet service per person properly which caused problems.

Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Housekeeping staff monu every day made beautiful designs with towels. It was clean and cozy resort.

Food variety was good in the buffet but it was not that tasty. It could have been improved. The pool is too open. Accessibility of the pool is a little difficult it's a 10 15 minute walk.

Nice hotel, very hospitable staff.,always helpful with every request Krishna ji at the restaurant and Manusha (the head of room service) did a very good job. Breakfast was nice. Room size is good Overall it was perfect
