The room was clean and a great size, very comfy bed and the bathroom was clean.

The hairdryer in the room didn't work. Breakfast was a disaster- we didn't get any! We weren't asked to book a time when we checked in and so when we went for breakfast it was chaos. Not enough tables/ chairs, in fact people just sitting on sofa's or anywhere they could find and balancing a plate on the lap! Very disappointing as we had paid to have breakfast included. Paper cups to drink juice out of wasn't pleasant either.

the bed was comfy & the shower was a decent size

we was on the main road and the go outdoor warehouse had multiple lorry deliveries all night which kept us awake the breakfast area was not suitable for the number of guests at 1 time; no seating available and the tables that were you had to eat off your lap. there was no order queuing system and people were cutting in or shoving

We booked for 4 Adults.....the sofa bed was NOT big enough to sleep 2 adults ....one adult ended up sleeping on the floor . Not acceptable atall. We asked at reception for a different room to be told they couldn't move us !!! Very unhelpful. Considering we paid £340 for one night in this hotel room extremely disappointed . When you clearly book for 4 Adults you expect to beable to have a room with beds to accommodate.

I didnt think the breakfast area is big enough for the size of hotel but food was ok.
