Ana on reception was very helpful very approachable. We had a medical condition which had to be treated & Anna went a lot of trouble to help us to source the medical team . She was very caring & nothing was too much trouble.

Too many ramps for wheel chair users

The apartments are great. The location is perfect.

Everything was great except no evening entertainment like years ago. Not much to do for kids in the evening it would be much better if the bar inside was used for entertainment.

Good location

Upon checking into my room, I found it to be extremely hot and uncomfortable. I immediately went to the reception desk and was advised to keep the metal key card in the holder at all times. However, hours later, the room temperature remained unbearably high with no airflow from the vents. When I returned to the reception to request a fan, I was informed that none were available. I expressed that the heat was making it impossible to sleep and asked if an alternative room could be arranged. I was told there were no available rooms and again, no fan or solution could be offered. I even suggested borrowing a fan from your sister hotel just 400 meters away, I could walk to go get it if that would help, which was dismissed as not possible, and I was instead told to wait until the morning to speak with the manager. Multiple guests were experiencing the same issue with the air conditioning, with some rooms being given two fans while we did not even have one. A service manager came in after midnight to inspect the situation due to the large number of complaints. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who suggested that the system might not be working specifically for my liking but it was working. The manager was unpleasant and seemed very dismissive of the issue. However, it was clear that this was a broader issue, as many other guests had also complained so much that they had to call in the maintenance service manager at midnight to come in. I am not raising this issue out of excessive expectations, I don’t expect the room to be freezing or very cold, just comfortable with all the amenities working as advertised. The room was extremely stuffy, lacked airflow, and this made it difficult to sleep or even breathe comfortably. There was a lineup of people at night asking for fans complaining of the heat. This cannot be summed up as just a "it is summer, its hot" issue, I stayed in Alcudia earlier and my other hotel had air conditioning that worked effectively.
