The staff was lovely. Exceptional Thai hospitality, as usual. The location for us was good. The pool area was nice. Extensive breakfast. Value for money.

The Resort is twenty years old and showing it's age. The Resort really needs some maintenance. If you are looking for something slick and newish, this is not the place for you. I would not rate this Resort 4 Star.

Misleading room allocation – be careful with discounted bookings Review: I booked this hotel through Booking.com based on the photos and a discounted “Genius” offer. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was advertised. Upon arrival, I was given a room in a separate, older building located in a corner of the property. The room was clearly not the same standard as shown in the photos — it felt outdated, poorly maintained, and not worth the price I paid. When I raised this with the staff, I was told that the rooms shown in the photos are in the main building, and I would need to pay an additional 500 THB per night to upgrade. This made it feel like the discounted booking was used to assign lower-quality rooms intentionally. There was no clear indication during booking that discounted rooms would be in a different building or of a significantly lower standard. Pros: * Location is decent Cons: * Misleading photos vs actual room * Discounted bookings seem to get inferior rooms * Lack of transparency Advice to future guests: Confirm exactly which room/building you are booking. Don’t assume the photos represent all room types.

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) Booked based on photos and discount, but was given an old room in a separate building that didn’t match the listing at all. Staff said I had to pay extra to get the rooms shown in photos. Feels misleading — make sure you confirm the exact room type before booking.
