Hotel Villa Paradiso

Staff molto cortese

The walls were quite thin, so I was woken by multiple other guests alarms. The air conditioner made loud noises that woke me up multiple times in the night and the curtains didn't block out the sun. During breakfast one of the waitstaff decided she didn't want me to sit at a table near the windows, and made me get up and move to a table without a view in the center, it looked like the paper napkins were different (thats the only difference I could see). It was really unpleasant to be made to move while eating so it put a damper on my day, talk about horrible guest service. I guess she wanted to reset the table for lunch service (even though it was only 9 am). Some of the tables did have reserved cards on them, so I would suggest in the future that if the waitstaff doesn't want guests to enjoy the tables by the windows with views, to put reserved cards on them or rope of the area rather then physically make guests move. I've also stayed at many hotels where someone seats you at breakfast and that would also be a much better experience, as this was the first time I've been made to move tables after I've started eating.

O quarto era de um tamanho bom e o banheiro novo com um chuveiro otimo. A localização do hotel era perto da vila, a uma caminhada prazerosa. O estacionamento era ótimo, muito grande, com sempre vaga disponivel. Duas piscinas grandes. O café da manha era muito variado.

Nosso quarto era no sub-solo com uma vista de uma parede.
