Hotel ładnie położony. Bardzo blisko jeziora i plaży, blisko do centrum. Dostępny basen kryty wewnątrz budynku z ciepłą wodą. Smaczne śniadania w formie bufetu, bardzo dobre i smaczne kolacje do wyboru z karty dań (3 dania), ponadto można skorzystać z bufetu. Pokój czysty , dobrze wyposażony. Parking w garażu podziemnym oraz duży zewnętrzny. Bardzo miła obsługa kelnerska, pomocny personel.

W hotelu wszystko ok. Pogoda w maju kapryśna.

"Lovely hotel"

This is a beautiful hotel, we were on a Riviera tour and had a great time. Our room was a junior suite overlooking the outdoor pool. Room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was very good and varied, the evening meal was also good with a choice of 4 options which you had to fill in on a sheet at breakfast. It's a 5 minute walk to the lake and about 20 minutes into the centre of Riva along a lovely lakeside walk. Service in general was very good but I was disappointed regarding the offered Garda card which gets you lots of bonuses such as free local transport. Our Riviera group was split over 6 different hotels and guests at the other hotels were given a printed QR code that they could use. The Savoy was only able to offer a link to an app that we were unable to get into. I asked at reception if we could have a print out like the other hotels but were told we couldn't as they were going paperless. It was a shame as it meant for instance that the funicular cost us €18 and the guests at the other hotels just used their printed QR codes for free.
