"Beautiful hotel with a perfect location"

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, our attic room was beautiful and cozy with a view on the mountains and a fireplace. Breakfast was good and we also ordered pizza to our room in the evening from the hotel’s restaurant, perfection! The location was great with the Eggli ski lift just 2 min walk away from the hotel and town center 7 min away. Definitely coming back!

We had a lovely time at Arc en Ciel hotel in Gstaad. The hotel is charming and cozy yet looks and feels new. The location is excellent, walking distance to lifts. Restaurant is great, staff very friendly. Breakfast very good with a variety of options. Our room had a free standing bathtub which was fantastic to soak in after a day on the slopes. There is also a kids arcade in the lower level which is a great outlet for kids. Just a wonderful place, as is Gstaad.

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Very good service. Can be full and sometimes you must wait for a waiter. Staff excellent and very efficient at hotel, room was perfect. Very cosy and perfectly done for kids too. Family friendly hotel , kids had fun in the playrooms available. Beautiful view ..

"Room with a view !!!"

This excellent hotel is situated a short walk from The Promenade in Gstaad. The staff were super friendly ...... the free breakfast was an added bonus ... with a great choice for hot and cold food .... and oh! what a beautiful view from my hotel room !!! Would highly recommend whether for a trip in the summer time or winter vacation.
