Diplomat Club Hotel

Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Das besetzter war auch groß und ich habe mich gut gefühlt. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten war bombastisch und das Frühstück einfach sehr sehr lecker.

Die Vorhänge im Badezimmer konnte ich nicht hochziehen und der Raum blieb dunkel. Das Zimmer war auch ziemlich dunkel - für mich war es ok, da ich den ganzen ta unterwegs war.

A very interesting building and we were in a top floor "deluxe double room" which was very big and had a great view. Don't go for it if you can't do stairs though as there is no lift. The breakfast was a hike - again not a problem for us - to another interesting building thru the wonderful garden. Breakfast was a good selection for each of the three mornings. The wifi was strong and let us check emails and listen to Radio Caroline from their M.V. Ross Revenge pirate ship broadcasts that weekend (when we were back at the hotel). The reception ladies were very friendly and came up to the room immediately when we found the safe locked on arrival. The location is a bit away from eating and drinking places but we knew that. It's a nice suburb with an Ambassador's residence just down the road. The park is not too far away either and we'd walk thru that to get to the edge of town.

There was a slight silly issue where on the middle day (only that day, the others were fine) the waiter was reticent to get me a second coffee (the coffee cups are small) after I drank the first before the continental breakfast arrived. I always have two at breakfast and think a "deluxe double room" might sanction such a request. The TV didn't work all three days. We only wanted to check the BBC News world headlines!

Facilities and Comfort: The rooms are spacious and elegant, combining classic design with modern amenities. In addition, the hotel features a pleasant terrace area, an outdoor pool (ideal for the warmer months), and beautifully maintained common areas. Dining: The restaurant offers an excellent selection of dishes and, of course, a first-rate selection of Moldovan wines, perfect for enjoying in an intimate setting. Service: The service is highly personalized, attentive, and discreet. Especially the very nice lady who greeted me and saw me off—I was really charmed by her.

It might be nice if more employees spoke English; it was sometimes difficult to get information.

Тот кто построил этот отель сделал это с большой любовью. Очень красиво. Ресторан - поварам отдельное спасибо. Очень вкусно. Завтрак достойный four seasons. Оч дружелюбные официанты.

Крайне неприятная и недружелюбная рецепшионистка при заезде 12 мая. Комната была не готова к 14:00 и она вместо того чтобы извиниться и улыбнуться сказала «не готова она! Будет готова позже.» Заселились мы в 15:00. На мою просьбу прийти и забрать кому то одежду для стирки сказала несите сами на ресепшен. (Она вообще в курсе что отель 5 звезд?). А также ЗАЯВИЛА что бассейн до 17:00 а потом у них МЕРОПРИЯТИЯ. На мой резонный комментарий что на сайте об этом ни слова она сказала «Понятия не имею что там написано». Гоните ее в шею. Она абсолютно испортила впечатление об отеле. Имейте ввиду что бассейн не подогревается. На сайте тоже нет этой информации.

Sehr ruhige Lage, nettes Personal, top Frühstück. Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und wir haben richtig gut geschlafen.

Hotel de 5 stele, fara lift. Am urcat cu bagajele in mana pana la etajul 2. Internet destul de slab, televizorul din camera vechi, cu programe doar in limba rusa
