Sehr freundliches Hilfsbereites Pesonal und das Hotel ist sehr sauber und Zentral

Otel sehrin guzel bir yerinde ...arabaniz var ise ulasim her yere cok kolay trafikten uzakta...resepsiyon haric tum calisanlar guler yüzlü....genel olarak iyi bir otel sayılır...

Personelin müşteri ilişkileri çok iyi değil. Biraz daha profesyonel olmaları lazım.

I could not sleep as room was very cold, no heating and no proper duvet. I showed to the duty manager. I booked and another hotel and told him that I moving out. He told me that he will refund the two nights to me. The atmosphere was gloomy and non responsive, careless.

とても清潔できれいな内装の部屋でした。しかし、エアコンの効きが悪かったのがマイナスポイントです。スタッフに相談しても「大丈夫、作動しています」と言われて終わりました。立地はバスステーションに近いといえば近いのですが、歩くのにはやや遠く微妙です。地下鉄駅も歩くのには遠いので、不便でした。

Zimmer war OK aber neben an war ein riesen Baustelle überall matschig

La chambre était propre mais mal équipée et les meubles sont vieux. La moitié du rideau n'était pas installée. L'hôtel est mal placé. Il est loin de tout.
