"A Weekend Away"

We arrived to a lovely, warm & friendly welcome at reception. We stayed in the Executive Spa Suite. Beautifully clean room with a well stocked kitchen.. The spa bath was a lovely treat! Great location with a clear view of the lake and a short walk to the centre of town. Unfortunately it rained so we weren't able to enjoy the private balcony. We loved our room 😊 Thank you!

I feel extra towels in the room would have been useful, especially with the spa bath. (Which we used twice during our stay). The pillows were hard and flat which didnt make for a good, comfortable sleep. A suggestion - perhaps a shift to carton milk rather than the tiny, fiddly plastic pods.

The availablity of working EV chargers at the end of a long day of driving was the cherry on top of the cake.

The spa bath is next to bed and the ventilation system above it was channeling noise from the neighbouring rooms, a bit annoying when you are trying to sleep.

Convenient location and handy to where we needed to be (dance comps). It had everything it stated, but it's very compact, the layout of the tiny stove top shoved in the corner of the kitchen with no fan isn't ideal, but you have everything you need. The pool is heated so even though it was cold, my kids could still choose to enjoy the pool and spa area.

Didn't have an extraction fan. Hair drier didn't have much power to it - so it barely dried anything.
