Very good location for central Hout Bay, access to Cape Town and surroundings winery’s.

Hotel is full of old style character but bathrooms could do with modernising. Heavy bedroom curtains difficult to pull back to let in light and there were no tie backs.

Bylo dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach - hotel jest przepiekny! Dbałość o szczegóły na najwyższym poziomie, klimat jest tu taki ze nie chce sie wychodzić. Fantastyczna obsluga na recepcji w godzinach popołudniowych- dawno nie spotkaliśmy tak milego i pomocnego człowieka, przepraszam ale nie zapytalem o Twoje imię. Zasługujesz na podwyżkę:-) super wygodne pokoje, piękne części wspolne i lounge. Dobre sniadanie, złożone ze świeżych produktów chociaz niektórych podczas naszego pobytu brakowało. Bardzo nam sie tu podobało i w przeciwieństwie do Camps Bay czuliśmy sie tu zaopiekowani i mile widziani.

Obsluga na sniadaniu bardzo sztywna, mozna byłoby sie czasami uśmiechnąć. Bierzcie przykład z Pana z recepcji. Nie rozumiałem podsuwania rachunków do podpisania za sniadanie które bylo wliczone w cenę. Jeśli to oddzielna zarządzająca firma to powinno byc jednak inaczej rozwiązane. Byłem zdziwiony otrzymując bez słowa wyjaśnienia rachunek na 700 randów za 2 osoby za benedict eggs. Również dodatkowo płatne cappuccino gdy płacisz za pokoj równowartość 600+ PLN za noc to kiepska sprawa, naprawdę podnieście cene pokoju o te 100 randów i serwujecie kawe bez dodatkowych oplat bo psuje to ocenę całości. A miejsce jest wybitne i ma mega potencjał.
