Just nothing, everything was bad

everything! Starting with the service from the receptionist who was rude, the rooms were filthy and dirty. There were cobwebs everywhere, dead bugs squashed on the walls, dust, bad smell in the rooms. I have never come across such a dirty accommodation. Small and uncomfortable toilets. . We were supposed to stay as a family of 5 people for 4 nights, after one night we just ran away without any refund. We could not sleep in such a dirty and disgusting place

Slidt og lille lejlighed. Det ene toilet var ikke særlig stort. Var placeret lige ved køkkenet. Køkkenudstyr var slidte. Sengene var dårlige. Knirkede ved den mindste bevægelse. Gode muligheder for børn at lege på legepladsen. Meget lydt lejlighed.

We liked mini golf and pool.

The house was too tight for 7 persons. It was realy old, the floor squeaked, corners with spider werbs. House was unclean. The kitchen was realy small and not enougth equiped.

- very nice infrastructure for kids - big terrace - location - quietness - hot water - plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils - welcome bag with tea, coffee, sugar and salt - possibility of breakfast - soap and sponge in the kitchen and soap in the bathroom

- some of the radiators does not work - roof windows curtains does not lock so constantly roll up - lack of dishwasher

We rented a deluxe and we got a shoebox. Upon complaining, we were told that we should be happy with what we get and that we're lucky. We have stayed in various locations in the High Tatras over the past few years, this was not our first stay but the young man who reminded us how lucky we are probably thought this was our first ever time there. We liked the Salas restaurant nearby, we hated the accommodation. We booked two nights and we left after the first night.

The chalet was awful, freezing cold downstairs, hot as a Finnish sauna upstairs with no ability to control the temperature. It wasn't deluxe as we booked, the pictures didn't match at all. We were told the pictures were random, even though the pictures for deluxe look deluxe, and what we got certainly wasn't deluxe. Being told we should be happy with what we have despite this, was the cherry on top. Avoid this place at all costs. Rude staff, horrible chalets and you won't get what you paid for. The rat poo on the dinner plates in the kitchen was also disgusting and proof that nobody ever cleans there.

Easy to find, perfect environment. We appreciated that our dinner had been served in our accommodation when we let the reception known that we won’t get back in dinner time.
