Perfect boutique hotel in the city center. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Staff was great and rooms were beautiful.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean.services were excellent. Worth recommending to anyone traveling to Montepulciano.

This town is so amazingly beautiful and full of architecture, art and history. I felt like I was on a movie set all the time I was there. Lots of ambitious walking up and down hills. Be prepared with good walking shoes.

The location, interesting building, room set up & facilities were very good. The open bar / drinks trolley was a nice touch.

Breakfast was quite disappointing as there was a very limited selection and no hot food. There seemed to be no cooking facilities in the kitchen so everything appeared to come from packets. No decaf coffee or milk alternatives available. We know we are difficult to cater for as we are two coeliacs / gluten intolerance people plus also vegetarian but we have been able to have good breakfasts at the other Italian hotels during this vacation. The reserved parking in the city centre parking garage was very useful but did require a driver with nerves of steel, followed by, on foot, a short but strenuous hike up steep cobbled streets and two big flights of stairs, with suitcases bumping along behind us. No other option for this but be warned! It’s a good, physical work out, even for fit people.

Absolutely stunning rooms with amazing in room facilities!

No elevator and parking a bit tricky.

Absolutely stunning property in the perfect location. We had one of the modern rooms and all the amenities and furnishings are first class, with a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. Frederica is also a first class host - not only is she attentive, she also booked us a beautiful table at a lovely restaurant.

Nothing - just that we didn’t stay long enough.
