Прекрасный персонал! Отзывчивые и заботливые ребята. Помогали по любому поводу, с любой просьбой. Было приятно общаться. Расположение очень удобное, легко запомнить путь до любого выхода из Старого города. Нормальный завтрак, можно было заказывать отдельно каши, омлет и тп, по мимо того, что было на раздаче.

Единственное, что не понравилось - плохая шумоизоляция в номерах. У нас были соседи, которые выясняли отношения ночью, и слышно было даже то, как закрывают чемоданы. Будильник соседа в 5 утра, и тп. Это Единственный минус.
