"Bonne situation dans la vieille ville"

Hôtel très bien situé dans la partie ancienne d'idstein, proche de nombreux restaurants et commerces. La ville elle-même est très jolie . Le personnel est sympathique. Étant arrivé après 19:00 et ayant déjà payé ma chambre, j'ai pu récupérer la clé directement dans la boîte à clé extérieure. L'hôtel est globalement propre et bien tenu, les chambres propres. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le wifi de bonne qualité

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre (juste un ventilateur), qui devient dès lors une véritable fournaise lors des grosses chaleurs

"Niet vriendelijk en niet meedenkend"

Locatie

Meneer hoe wij behandel waren. Wij zijn eerder bij passen er gebleven, toen was alles prima. Deze keer bel ik deze eigenaar om te voorstellen en dat ik een Booking willen doen, alles was goed gekeurd (reservering op mijn creditcard rekening ook) toen later blijkbaar komen wij te laat op accommodatie ivm files en rijstijd krijg ik te horen dat ik moet eerst betalen voordat een code voor mij voor toegang wordt gestuurd . Wat precies op Booking staat dat wij niet vooraf moeten betalen en ook geen optie hebben om te annuleren.(100% kosten voor). Eigenaar vraagt mij dus om deze toch te doen (annuleren dus) omdat hij moet gaan slapen en geen zin heeft om te wachten voor ons. Alles kortom beëindigd dat wij bijna drie uur later pas nieuwe accommodatie hebben gevonden en met veel stress door moeheid en regen moeten doorgaan. Na Passen dacht wij ooit daar terug komen nu nooit meer zelfs gratis zal ik niet doen!

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist top. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung. Parkplätze am Hotel gibt es nicht, aber fussläufig sind öffentliche Parkplätze gut zu erreichen. Zum Auto Be- und Entladen kann man vor das Hotel fahren.
