The location is exceptional. The single room was actually quite spacious. The desk was easy to work at. There was a kettle for tea and coffee which was appreciated. The hotel was quiet at night.

The staff were overly formal and not good communicators. They seemed put out by a small request and were not helpful with questions. A big show was made around the breakfast but the food was dull. Some cooked eggs would have gone a long way. The restaurant’s food was terrible, perhaps the worst I had in 2 months of continuous traveling. The pillow flat and uncomfortable. The room key was attached to a lug that must have weighed half a kilo.

The location is very convenient for the attractions in Rothenburg. The rooms are quaint and comfortable. The staff is always friendly.

The mattress on the third bed was not very comfortable. We booked a room for three people knowing accommodations would be tight, so a better mattress would have compensated for situations.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage in Rothenburg. Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet. Super geeignet für Aktivitäten in Rothenburg, alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.
