la ubicación excepcional muy cerca de todo a solo 1 cuadra de la playa, el servicio 100 de 10 la habitación, la limpieza, muy bonito el hotel en general, si vas con una persona con movilidad reducida le va gustar y lo mejor de todo el espacio de afuera de las mesitas

Muy mala experiencia – Problema grave de salubridad Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa y considero importante compartirla. Durante la noche, mientras dormía, sentí que algo cayó sobre mi rostro. Me levanté inmediatamente para encender la luz y descubrí que era una cucaracha 🪳, la cual rápidamente se escondió debajo de la cama. Debido a esta situación, me vi obligado a cambiarme de cama y, evidentemente, pasé una muy mala noche. A la mañana siguiente encontré una cucaracha en la ducha del baño. Ante esto, solicité la limpieza de la habitación y también pedí al hotel una compensación por la noche, ya que la situación afectó completamente mi descanso. Lamentablemente, la respuesta del hotel no fue adecuada. Indicaron que desconocían la situación, lo cual me genera aún más inconformidad. Este no es un tema menor: se trata de un problema de salubridad que el hotel tiene la responsabilidad de garantizar a sus huéspedes. Las cucarachas son plagas y la presencia de ellas dentro de la habitación es algo que no debería ocurrir bajo ninguna circunstancia. El hotel se negó a ofrecer una compensación total por la noche, argumentando que utilicé las instalaciones y que la reserva realizada por Booking no era reembolsable, además de mencionar el cobro del desayuno. Les manifesté claramente que no tengo inconveniente en pagar los alimentos consumidos, pero considero incorrecto mezclar el tema de una reserva no reembolsable con una situación que no fue causada por el huésped, sino por una condición que el hotel tiene la obligación de prevenir. Hasta la fecha sigo esperando una respuesta adecuada por parte del hotel. Mi salida del hotel fue el sábado 7 de marzo, y espero que revisen seriamente esta situación, ya que afecta directamente la confianza y la seguridad sanitaria de los huéspedes.
