We booked a room with a king bed, the lighting didn’t work in the bathroom & vanity area. The door handle to get into the room was very loose. They switched us to another room with two double beds (which is not what we requested), that room smelled, & the walls are very thin.

the room was ok for a motel room if i was charged $79, but they don't charge motel prices.

$170 for the night! broken blinds so we couldn't close them, no hairdryer, non-working plugs and bedside lamp, no washcloths, partially used/empty toiletries. emailed the customer service and received no response. couldn't complain in the AM because no one was in the office when we checked out at 7:55am.

I booked this property when I was in a crunch because my VRBO fell thru. When I called to ask about the late check in clerk was rude and condescending. Then literally 10 minutes later my VRBO owner was able to contact me and provide the information needed. ( We thought we were scanned,turns out poor planning on her part). We had an hour drive after a concert to do this hotel and really didn't want to so late at night if didn't have to. So asked Expedia to act on my behalf to ask for a refund even though it was a non-refundable price. We were hoping based on circumstances they would be kind....NOPE policy is policy. oh well Wayne's world got my money.

There was nothing to like at this hotel. I was given a dirty room and at least the guy at the front desk apologized for it after I showed him photos. He stated that they just had a flood and had reopened the hotel, and that someone must have sneaked in and stayed in that room. Although the room looked like it had not been cleaned or checked on in a very longtime.

This hotel looked like a sleezy run down motel. Definitely not worth the money, but unfortunate I had a death in the family and had to find a quick hotel near the church it was being held at, the day before I flew into town. This booking was not refundable, and I had arrived in town late in the evening and there were no other hotels nearby with available rooms. Additionally, the first room that I was given was dirty, stains on the bed sheets, used towels, trash in the bathroom, the room looked like someone had been staying there. Also, the small refrigerator in the room had old frozen food inside and was disgusting. The employee apologized after I showed him photos of the room. He then gave me another room and before giving me the key, he went and checked it. He then returned and gave me a different room, I'm sure, it was just as dirty. I would have been better off sleeping in my car rental.

They called and canceled my reservation. Now they will not answer emails from Booking.com. So I am out of the money they took.

Yes it’s old, but very clean and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again as they were extremely accommodating.
