House keeping kept knocking on the door since 8:45 in the morning and then again at 9:30 am and then again at 10:30 am when check out isbat 11:00 am

Nothing fancy!!!! But it gets the job done. Little town hotel.

Very clean, no frills hotel. Also very safe. Best place to stay in Muleshoe.

It’s the best motel out of the others - really no choice

It’s old, completely outdated, bathroom wasn’t clean, carpet was sticky, 1/3 roll of toilet paper on roll and no extra roll available, three tissues left in box,towels were like ones you’d get at gym, towel rack was dusty, and toilet bowl was dirty and hair was found on towel hanging from towel rack. Check in is at the night check in window. The lobby is no longer used - it’s closed off. You can see kids toys and other personal items occupying the space. You ring a buzzer and someone comes out like they were sleeping or got up from the couch watching tv. And they are dressed like they are at home. Which is fine to each their own but it’s just a precursor to what you can expect. I’m pretty sure the family lives in the hotel. It’s smells of curry every time we’ve been there. So if you’re sensitive to smells this is not the place for you. It truly was a nicer place about 10 years ago but sadly nothing has been done to improve the property. Unfortunately there’s no where else to stay in the area that would be an improvement.

Clean, good experience with the staff

No issue with the property itself, but the whole town has a very strong smell of cattle poop. Still, if this property is on your rout, it is a good choice because most towns in this area smell the same! Price was a little high, but finding a decent property like this in this out of the way place males it worth it.
