In accordance with local tax laws, all Colombian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee of 19% VAT. If the minor is not accompanied by his or her parents, the adults accompanying him or her must have written authorization from a notary along with the aforementioned documentation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "A clean, friendly (but not overly so) hotel to stay."

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I felt totally safe, the hotel is in a residential area and peaceful. The staff are wonderful - so helpful and friendly! In hindaight i wish id got the bus, rather than uber, before i did. I saw so much more on public transport.

The price i paid meant i was totally satisfied with what was provided

Sitio tranquilo, arborizado

No tienen suficientes interruptores en el cuarto, somos adultos mayores…necesitamos instalar accesorios mandados por médico, el baño no tenía barra !!

"Pésima experiencia! "

Pésima experiencia. Lo reservamos por su ubicación y particularmente porque entendimos que se trataba de un hotel boutique. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con un hotel viejo y con una habitación en muy malas condiciones. Las persianas estaba rotas, las camas sonaban, pésima iluminación, almohadas sin ningún confort y los linos con olor a viejo. Además los baños antiguos y con muy mala apariencia, el televisor viejo, etc. El precio no tiene nada que ver con la calidad del hotel. Lo único destacable fue que nos permitieron cancelar las noches adicionales que estaban reservadas con la promesa de reembolso del dinero pagado por la mismas y sin penalidad alguna.
