The comfortability of the bed was probably the best thing about this place, oh and the jaccuuzi.

Well initially when i visited the room we got placed in had a bunch of baby roaches, teenage roaches, adult roaches running around mainly in the bathroom. I went to ask to be moved to another room and the lady at the desk told me, " Well it honestly doesn't matter what room you get put in, there's bound to be roaches" I guess that was the nicest way to say no to a room change? She was so comfortable with it too, which threw me off and gave me an eerie feeling, I had no choice but to stay because of my circumstance. I would have loved to at least have her try to move me to a different room.

I like that the property was conveniently located next to the event that I was attending

I definitely did not like the fact that there was no warm or hot water which made it very uncomfortable to shower

I like how they quickly resolved some issues.

The previous covers were dirty and it was dirty in certain places that should have been wiped down. We had to wipe it down ourselves.
