"We found there was lots to do, the golf course was great, pool very clean."

The grounds and maintenance staff were extremely friendly and helpful, all our interactions with them were very positive. Buffet breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating with requests.

Not having WIFI in the apartments 34 and 43 was rather inconvenient and then difficult to watch TV. Pool towels should have been available at the pool rather than having to walk up to reception to get these.

"Novotel Vines Resort Swan Valley"

Excellent location with green surrounds, decent amenities to engage children such as a swimming pool, mini golf and tennis courts, and a decent restaurant in house.

Some of the infrastructural aspects like the access cards were basic and often faltered, very limited inclusion of any extra facilities despite the high charge (we even had to pay for a few bottles of water - every hotel includes few water bottles as standard), room facilities very basic (for this price at least a microwave in room woukf br appreciated)

The location is excellent, in the Swan Valley. The grounds well kept and golf course impressive. Thought food at Cafe restaurant bit disappointing compared to quality of resort. Expected little bit better

"Great weekend getaway in the Swan Valley"

Refurbished room was large, new bathroom spacious with bath. Very clean. Like the picturesque and fun mini golf after dinner. Buffet breakfast had great choices. Proximity to Swan Valley and Bells rapid. Friendly staff

Taking own cutlery and menus to our table for dinner; ordering vegetable soba noodles that only had onion and red capsicum as the vegetables; having to pay for barista coffee on top of the buffet breakfast; spa not open on long weekend to book a massage.
