The property has a serene courtyard garden, very serene.

The rooms situated closer to the reception area feel less private - not so much an issue for solo travelers or people who enjoy b n’ b type properties, but couples might want to consider requesting the more “tucked away” rooms. (That said, the room in which I stayed near the reception was nice and comfortable - very spacious).

Un ottimo alloggio per la nostra ultima notte in Guatemala. L'entrata sulla strada é molto discreta, ma quando si entra si apre un immenso cortile e patio su cui si aprono le camere che sono molto ampie e decorate con gran classe. Parcheggio interno disponibile, colazione buona con 2 opzioni: tradizionale o pancake e frutta. La possibilitá di mantenere la camera sino alle 12:00 ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli sino al momento della nostra partenza. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente il miglior alloggio del nostro soggiorno In Guatemala. Vivamente consigliato.

Impecable! Hermoso La cama súper cómoda! Con excelente ubicación ! Zona súper segura ! Anfitriones demasiado armeros y serviciales! Las chicas de limpieza nos ayudaron con las solicitudes!

The staff was i credibly friendly and helpful. Rather than it feeling like a place to stay/sleep they truly made it an incredible experience. Cannot recommend them enough. We are already looking forward to coming back to Antigua to stay with Casa Santa Rosa again. Room: Cozy, quiet, comfortable Courtyard: Beautiful, secure Staff: Incredible, friendly, and speak English Breakfast: Simple, delicious, and free with your stay! Location: Close to great spots (including Holy Pork)

Great location in Antigua, close to everything but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and made our stay feel really special. Breakfast each morning was delicious and such a great way to start the day. We would absolutely stay here again.
