Удобное расположение отеля, рядом остановка прямого автобуса в Венецию. Персонал приветливый.

Кондиционер во время сиесты (15.00 - 18.00) перестает работать. Невозможно отрегулировать температуру кондиционера, хотя с жарой он справляется нормально.

Es war sehr hellhörig. Ein fester Schlaf war nicht möglich. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Warmes duschen ging nicht zu den Stoßzeiten.

Il soggiorno a partito subito male, avevamo prenotato da app il posto auto e all'arrivo scopro che ci sono si dei posti, ma non prenotabili. Era metà maggio con temperature mediamente più basse rispetto la norma, fatto sta che in camera c'erano 18 gradi. Ho chiesto se si poteva aumentare la temperatura, ma la risposta è stata che una volta spento il riscaldamento non si poteva più riaccenderlo. Avendo un bambino di 3 anni, questa temperatura era inaccettabile, non lo avrei neanche potuto levare. La camera era mal tenuta, pezzi di rubinetto che mancavo, cassetto del comodino sfondato, ho visto il cuscino sotto la federa era marrone da tanto sporca, il frigobar come da foto allegate era lurido, le coperte vecchissime, il telecomando della TV non funzionava. La struttura è ferma a qualche decade fa, per me non rispecchia assolutamente le foto su booking, c'è un'atmosfera fredda, trasandata. Per me è il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato, ed infatti siamo scappati via la mattina seguente (se non fossi arrivato alle 10:30 di sera, me ne sarei andato via subito) e c'ho rimesso una notte perché il soggiorno era di due notti, troppo indecente e freddo per stare lì con un bambino. Volevo chiedere un rimborso, ma poco tempo, ed ho preferito lasciare questa recensione

La posizione vicino all’aeroporto ed all’autostrada. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Bicchiere sporco in bagno con dentro 2 bustine di sapone. Televisore non funzionante, phon non funzionante, quest’ ultimo abbiam dovuto farcelo prestare alla reception ( l’impressione è che fosse quello personale del giovane alla reception), ci hanno chiesto dopo averlo utilizzato di riconsegnarlo subito.

I booked this room for my 18 year old son who was at the end of a backpacking trip and wanted to be close to the airport for his early morning flight. The Staff was very helpful organizing a taxi for him and generally just helping him to get there on time. Very nice staff, clean room and he felt it was very safe. He didn’t eat as he checked in late and left early but said after travelling it was great to sleep in a cool air conditioned room!!!

There were no incidentals in the room for the shower - ie:soap Everything else was great
