It was clean, comfortable, and staff was great.

The Jacuzzi was freezing cold. According to staff, it is solar heated. The sun was out. I recommend having a back up heat source because the reason we stay there is the Jacuzzi.

Complimentary breakfast was amazing! Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay with another Ayres Hotel again in California!

I wished there was a complimentary spa service when you stay a certain amount of nights.

I love how luxurious it felt when you walk in to the hotel lobby and the room.

The room was hot. Coming from Arizona I was looking forward to some AC. We would drop the AC and it wouldn’t get cool. The room was a toasty 80 at some points which is very uncomfortable at night well trying to sleep.

Great hotel. Close by to lots of restaurants and entertainment.

We stayed at several Ayers hotels from LA to the Inland Empire. We prefer the Ayers that have a theme to it. Ones that stand out as the nicest are Hawthorne/Manhattan Beach and Rialto/Fontana. My biggest complaint is the TVs to be upgraded to watch streaming content -nobody watches Direct TV anymore. Possibly improve on heavier and comfy comforters (currently the comforters at every Ayers’s we’ve stayed at feel like a top sheet).
