The door was pretty much broken you had to pick it up to lock the door and pick it up to unlock then the hinges were rusted bad in the bathroom my sheets had some type of orange spots on them and the cable was barely working kept saying weak signal and when I went to ask for extra pillows they were only able to give me one when it was me my husband and 4 kids it was just not a good experience for me and my family I will not be returning

The staff and security personnel

The lack of house cleaning team members , the Dirty Pool inside the pool it self & Jacuzzi , Patio area were the chairs & Sun Chais are floor was full of potato chips crumbs eww! The trash cans were overflowing with trash This was Sunday @ 12 pm I do have expectations from this area Especially if the hotel knows that it’s high season and people will be using this recreational area of the hotel
