Mini split AC unit in the room kept the room nice and comfortable. The room came equipped with a 50” LG smart TV for streaming shows/movies. Bed is comfortable for the price, I am 6’2 300 pounds and slept comfortably. There’s a nice patio area with a propane fireplace and comfortable outdoor furniture. Property is walking distance to the Ocean Park. Another added bonus for this property is the laundry machines on site.

I liked how quiet and private the rooms were. Parking was open but safe and convenient. The outdoor seating area was furnished and enjoyed on our stay.

The room did not get freezing cold, however the large windows helped air out the room plenty.
