Erakor Island Resort & Spa

Being on an island makes this a very special stay. The staff are very friendly and the general manager (Sarah) is providing an exceptional level of service. Sarah deeply cares for all her guests. She went out of her way to help me secure a domestic flight to another island which secured part of my holiday. The food at the islands restaurant was also delicious. I can highly recommend staying at Erakor Island Resort!

Erakor Island was absolutely amazing. Aside from the location the staff were amazing, the resort is very organised and well run. They have thought of everything - from kids club, to laundry, to the facilities and restaurant!

We had the most amazing stay at Erakor. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the wonderful staff. They loved playing with our kids and baby which was wonderful to see and we’re all very genuine. Our kids loved all the activities at the kids club and didn’t want to leave - we enjoyed the school tour, coconuts, weaving, hermit crabs, playing at the pool, movie night and kids party. Snorkelling on both sides of the island was fantastic. Food at the restaurant was great too and everything was good value, including hair braiding which was much higher quality than what we got done in town. Room was nice with spacious bathroom. Very happy that our money could go to helping these wonderful people too so they can rebuild post earthquake and afford to send their kids to school. Thank you for such a wonderful time - thoroughly recommend to anyone else considering staying here.

This place has the resort vibe but it’s not too busy. Fantastic place with some great snorkelling. Accommodation was amazing and the food was good. We had some exceptional service from Annie and Richard. Staff were outstanding. The Melanesian night with the fire performance was well worth it. We got great use out of the kayaks and paddle boards, beach volleyball, big outdoor chess, table tennis and pool tables. Would recommend!

1.办理入住时怎么也弄不清我们订了几晚几间房，出示订单也不看，就按照自己想法来，不给我们正确的房间。经过两小时的扯皮，最后找了一位应该是老板的白人老太太才给我们办好入住，所有人错过了篝火晚会和晚饭时间，又累又饿。如果事情到此结束也就算了。 2.到入住第二天晚上，酒店经理竟然送来了3000多人民币的房费账单。原来她还是按照自己的理解，觉得我们顺路入住后是再加订了两个房间，又找白人老太太一顿扯皮，白人老太太说酒店经理确实搞不清楚，现在已经解决了一切问题。 3.退房时候，酒店经理又派人追出来收钱，我们差点赶不上坐飞机。 4.回家一看信用卡账单，在我们提前一个月订房间时，就已经多扣了我们900元人民币（并非入住时和退房后，跟后面所有的一切都没关系），我们尝试电话和邮件沟通，酒店没有任何答复，至今也没有将款项退回，包括booking平台也不给我们任何解释，这是我住到现在体验最差的一家酒店没有之一。
