I stayed on the first floor and the carpet in the hallways was a tripping hazard because it was not flat but gathered and folded in odd places through the entire hall. The carpet in the sitting area of my room was also good stained.

Rooms are nice. Clean and quiet. Staff was excellent

The hallways need an upgrade. Carpet is lifting and someone can probably trip. Shower water pressure is low.
