Clean, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located to many points of interest. Minutes to downtown Ogunquit. Patrick was a great host. Especially enjoyed the conversations over the great breakfast.

"Really characterful and friendly place to stay"

Patrick is a great host and the guest house is really well placed to explore Wells, Orgunquit and Kennebunkport. The house is obviously loved and decorated beautifully as well as having a great ambience. Breakfast was a joy both in terms of the food Patrick cooked and the conversation with both Patrick and all the other guests in the sun room. It felt more like we were staying with friends than in a B&B

Nice location that is away from the hustle and bustle of the town center; Charming old house with a cozy sun room for breakfast; tastefully decorated interior with a comfy bed.

A bit disappointed at the breakfast provided, especially after seeing so many rave reviews about it. We were each served with two small pieces of waffle and one slice of ham. The two guys got hungry within an hour or so, lol.

Adorable Inn just enough outside of the hustle and bustle of the more populated area of resorts and such nearby. Owner very nice and informative about area. Served a wonderful breakfast.

The property has such charm in its history and furnishings. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated access to Cable T.V. Breakfast was delicious! Thankyou Patrick!

Access to cup of tea or coffee in the afternoon as standard would have been lovely.
