Wonderful colonial house with period furnishings. Very clean and neat.

Stairs a little steep and narrow, but expected in colonial homes.

We liked everything about the property! The breakfast every day was so yummy! Patrick is a great innkeeper! Very friendly and a great cook! I definitely would stay there again!

Location fantastic for both Wells and Ogunquit. Great host in Patrick who cooked fantastic breakfasts! Room was large with great shower and ac. Pool looked fantastic (unfortunately rained quite a bit when we were there so didn’t use) gardens were beautiful. Great easy parking and within walking distance to may restaurants

"Charming B&B near Ogunquit"

The home and grounds were beautiful. Charming home, elegantly decorated and depicting the era. Very clean and well maintained. Patrick was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent! Very tasty, filling and different on both days. Location is about 1.5 miles from Ogunquit and about 20 min drive to Kennebunkport. Great places to eat around.
