The Putney Inn

Putney Inn is very easy to find. I had a large room with good mirrors and lighting and a very comfortable bed. I didn't hear noises from other occupants. The coffee is very good.

Nothing.

They allowed me to check in early at 1pm rather than 3pm. I was able to freshen up before attending a 2pm wedding nearby.

A more comfortable chair to relax in would've been helpful.

Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to.

Little more work on some cosmetic issues. Nothing major.

Place needs an overhaul. Drain in tub didnt work. Carpet was old. Room was stuffy. Floor was bouncy, both in our room and when people walked by. The walls were extremely thin and the people in rooms near us were noisy late into the night and the noise of traffic was loud.

Price. Good size fridge.

Outside of building shabby bird poop on handrails to 2nd floor). Office/registration area dismal and uninviting. Breakfast offered items but since the ambiance was a “zero”, we had a yogurt and left to eat elsewhere. Odd how registration is in the back of the building, which seems more like a motel than an inn. would not stay again, despite price.

The motel manager was very kind and very apologetic about the reservation mistake.

We were turned away by the manager because he did not have a room reserved based on the Booking.com reservation we had made over a month in advance.
